SYRCU human rights office documented Assad crimes in Daraa and Aleppo provinces by activists in these regions during February 2014, and

the beginning from : Daraa
Since the morning of 272014 regime forces began the most violent campaign from the beginning of the revolution 3 years ago, In these six days, the regime forces adopted the using of explosive barrels on civilian buildings , and on public utilities especially schools.

Syrian Regime forces committed 5 massacres, 2 of them in Jasem, and 1 in each of Tafas, Tseil, and Noima.

According to activists 59 civilians were martyred during theses days including 28 children, 1 foetus, and 17 women.

The martyrs distribution in the following 72 due to shelling with explosive barrels, 23 martyrs due to missile and artillery shelling.

SYRCU has documented 500 wounded and 71 air strike mostly with explosive
barrels targeted 61 locations.

Since 2nd February 2014 explosive barrels didn't stop till now on Noaima village region, it has witnessed a fall of 165 barrels killed 50 .

The deadly barrels targeted each of Al-Hrak , Eastern and Western Al-Gharia, Sayda , Daraa Al-Balad, Nawa, and Shikh Meskin.

As for Aleppo was the most province has been shelled by explosive barrels in systematic and heaviest way in the last few months.

It was documented the fall about 1940 explosive barrels on rebel region of the northern Syrian city of Aleppo which was liberated from Assad forces since the beginning of campaign 3 months ago. Resulting the destruction of one-third of the city, killing 2508, 30% of them are women and children.

In April, it was documented the fall of 641 explosive barrels, 100 missiles and 22 cluster bombs on Aleppo and its suburbs according to Aleppo News Network.

The most explosive barrels were on the neighbourhood of Masaken Hanano with 68, then Sheigh Najjar industrial city with 59, Al-Hekma school surroundings and Al-Rashdeen with 50 barrels each.

Al-Fardoos neighbourhood, Al-Atareb, Bab Kansren and Kafar Hamra.

The last massacre was Al-Ansari neighbrhoud 30 children were reportedly killed in Ein Jalout school on 3042014, the outcome of these massacrs alone 200 martyrs.
